Good petroleum geology conditions are possessed in Triassic marine reservoirs in Chuanxi Depression, Sichuan Basin. Several sets of Triassic carbonate reservoirs are developed, which include Ma'antang shoal facies fracture-pored reservoir, Leikoupo unconformable karstic cavern reservoir, and Leikoupo platform-marginal shoal facies and intraplatform shoal facies fracture-pore reservoir. It is suggested that these reservoirs are the main exploration targets in Xiaoxin-Hefeng Belt in middle Chuanxi Depression. In Xiaoxin-Hefeng Belt, the Xiaoquan and Xinchang anticlines should be the most prospective targets in recent. Along the western margin of the Depression, Leikoupo platform-marginal shoal facies reservoir and Ma'antang shoal facies reservoir should be the main prospective targets and Ancian, Yazihe and Dayi anticlines that are larger area of traps should be the risk prospective targets. Along the eastern slope of the Depression, the Leikoupo platform-marginal shoal facies reservoir and the Leikoupo unconformable karstic reservoir should be the prospective targets.
